40% public votes and 60% expert panel

Description:

Recognizes tour guides specializing in mountain trekking and climbing, including Kilimanjaro and other Tanzanian peaks. Guides are recognized for safety, client support, knowledge of routes, first-aid competence, and ability to provide challenging yet enjoyable experiences.

  • Frequency of mountain climbing
